J100 is a high-grade waterproof coating carefully developed by Joaboa Tech. The product is made of high quality polymer emulsion and selected additives according to scientific ratio. When the polymer emulsion is mixed with cement, the chemical reaction that takes place can form a tough elastic waterproof film, lasting and effective waterproof.

※   Material Features

1. Good Bonding Strength

J100 polymer modified cementitious waterproofing coating can be applied on dry or wet base surface, with good adhesion.

※   Scope of Application

1) JS acrylic polymer cementitious coating is applicable to inner and outer wall, kitchen, toilet, balcony, terrace, roof and other non-exposed waterproof works.

2) Suitable for basement, swimming pool, pool and other parts of the waterproof, seepage engineering.

※  Construction Requirments

1. Make sure substrates are leveled, firm, clean and no visual water on the surface. Any cracks should be repaired first. Internal & external corners need to camber.And dry substrates should be moistened.

2. If necessary, mix emulsion with water at the weight ratio of 1:1, then brush the mixture on the substrates.

3. Add cement into the J100 Coating slowly, stir the mixture evenly with electric mixer for 5 mins.

Proportioning of waterproofing coating: Weigh materials as emulsion/cement=1/1. 

4. Brush thinly for several times with scraper evenly. The next brushing of acrylic cementitious waterproofing coating should conduct after the prior becomes surface dry.

5. Application method with fiberglass mesh: generally, J100 acrylic polymer modified cementitious coating needs two times brushing. Place the fiberglassmesh after the first brushing, and keep it leveled. Do the second time brushing after the prior coating filmbecomes surface dry but not hard dry.

※  Storage and Transport

1. J100 polymer cement based waterproof coating is non-flammable and explosive material, which can be transported as general goods. During transportation, it should be protected from sun protection, frost protection, rain protection, extrusion and collision. Keep the package intact.

2. J100 modified cement waterproofing shall be stored in a ventilated, dry and protected from direct sunlight.

3. J100 polymer cement waterproofing should be stored in the warehouse at the temperature within 5℃-35℃, and the shelf life of the product is 12 months.

4. Products of different types and specifications should be stacked separately and should not be mixed.
