SPU Overstrength Elastic One-component Polyurethane Waterproofing Coating is a type of reactive flexible waterproof material made of isocyanate, polyether as the main raw materials, with a variety of additives.

The coating can react with the water and moisture in the air to form a highly elastic waterproof film.

Polyurethane pu waterproofing can be widely used in all kinds of building with requirements for waterproof, moisture-proof and anti-corrosion.

※   Scope of Application

SPU Overstrength Elastic One-component Polyurethane Waterproofing Coating has been widely used in general buildings’ roofs, external walls, basements, balconies,kitchensand lavatories, some special buildings like granaries, civil air defence works,bridge projects, pu coating for terrace, etc.

※ Construction Requirments

1. Keep the waterproofing base firm, smooth,clean, no dust, oil and visual water.

2. Brush directly after stirring SPU Coating evenly.

3. Brush in large area: Brush SPU on the substrate with rubber scrapper, and guarantee suitable strength, uniformity and no stack.

4. Recommended thickness is not beyond 0.7mm at per coating film, and two or three times coating film is better.

5.Do the second time’s brush after the first film is dry, namely non-stick with hand. Remember thebrushing direction is orthogonal with the last film, until reaches the design thickness.

6. If necessary, add some water whose weight is about 10% of the coating, and stir evenly not less than 3min by electric mixer.

※  Storage and Transport

1. Stored in a cool and dry place, away from direct sunlight, moisture and fire.

2. The storage period is six months. After the expiration, it shall be tested again. It can be used again after passing the test.

3. Upside-down stacking, stacking no more than three layers.

4. This product is combustible material, and should pay attention to safety during transportation. Pay attention to fire prevention, and prevent it from rain, insolation, extrusion and collision. Keep the package intact and comply with the relevant regulations of transportation department.
