The project is located in the development zone of Dalian urban area, which is a four-storey pharmaceutical raw material warehouse.

The single building is 69 meters long, 64 meters wide, and the total roof area is 4,416 square meters.

The fire resistance rating of the bungalow is Level Two, and its function is to store pharmaceutical raw materials. Party A and the general contractor took half a year to participate in the construction of this important project after full demonstration, comprehensive investigation of the enterprise's brand, case, etc., and strict assessment and screening.
