Bondsure™ Membrane Series

Bondsure® S-CLF II Super Tensile Strength Pre Applied Waterproofing Membrane (CODE: CHINA RED) is a new and innovative self-adhesive pre-applied membrane consisting of multi-layers of HDPE super strength cross laminated fifilm, non asphalt polymer rubber, high performance self-adhesive rubber bitumen, anti-adhesive finish and release film.

It has excellent tensile strength, elongation, tear resistance, flexibility, dimensional stability and application convenience.

The membrane can be bonded with post cast concrete firmly at long term, thus forming a perfect solution for basement slab, side wall, metro, railway, tunnel and other pre-application waterproofifing projects.

※   Material Features

1. Pre-paved Bonding to Prevent Fluid-Channeling

The waterproof layer can be closely integrated with the post-poured concrete structure layer, eliminating the hidden danger of water channeling.

2. Excellent Performance, Strong Anti-deformation Ability

CHINA RED self adhesive bitumen tanking membrane adopts strong cross-laminated fifilm as core material, which has high elongation at break, high tensile strength, and strong ability to resist structural deformation.

3. Soft and Easy Construction

The thickness of the core material superimposed by four-layer of HDPE cross laminated film is less than 0.3mm, which makes the application around internal and external corners and other become more simple, reliable and much safer.

4. Unique Structure, Easy to Overlap

The unique “back stick” design can realize “adhesive bonded to adhesive” around any of the overlapping area, which is more convenient and reliable. At the same time, the vertical area can be temporarily fixed with the base layer during construction to avoid sliding.

5. Dimensionally Stable and Wrinkle Free

The dimensional change rate of the material is low, and it is not easy to bulge, wrinkle, deformation and other problems in the sun exposure environment.

CHINA RED self adhesive tanking membrane is applicable to waterproof and anti-seepage projects in basement, roof and other parts of industrial and civil buildings.

※  Storage and Transport

1. Different types or specifications of products should be separated, not mixed.

2. Keep it dry and ventilated, protected from the sun or rain.

3. Pile up the membranes flatwise whose stockpile height should not exceed five layers.

4. Prevent tilt or side pressure during transportation, and cover with felt if necessary.

5. Storage time is at least one year from manufacture date if the product is under normal storage condition.
