W200 High Elastic UV Resistant Acrylic Waterproof Coating consists of pure acrylic emulsion raw material and various of high quality additives and color chemicals, produced by high precision machines under most advanced technology.

When used, W200 acrylic based waterproofing paint is coated on the waterproof base to form a continuous elastic film on the surface of the base, which is particularly convenient for the construction of the complex structure of the irregular parts.

Standard Color: white, other colors can be customized accordingly.

※   Scope of Application

W200 High Elastic UV-resistant Acrylic Fibre Reinforced Paint is suitable for the waterproof engineering of general building roof (including metal roof, color steel tile roof), external wall, balcony, kitchen, bathroom, basement and other parts;
W200 Acrylic Coating is also suitable for the secondary repair of steel structure and concrete roof (the secondary repair can be carried out directly above asphalt and coil material).

※  Construction Requirments

1.Substrate should be clean, smooth, no-oil pollution and no-water. lf the base has cracks or tube root set groove, it should fill in the seal material firstly.

2.Brush and scrape waterproof coating layer, it should be more than 2 times, if it is for repairing work, pls put a non-woven or glass fiber fabric to be used as the matrix.

3.Please brush evenly, to avoid the coating stacking; when the acrylic based waterproofing coating thickness needed is 1mm, then the theoretical quantity is 1.2kg per ㎡ more or less, pls brush at least 2 times.

※  Storage and Transport

1. This product is non-flammable and explosive material, which can be transported as general goods. During transportation, it should be protected from sun protection, frost protection, rain protection, extrusion and collision. Keep the package intact.

2. Keep it dry and ventilated, protected from the sun or rain. Storage temperature should not be higher than 45 ℃.

3. The storage period is 12 months. After the expiration, it shall be tested again. It can be used again after passing the test.

4. Products of different types and specifications should be stacked separately and should not be mixed.
